1) Our Terms

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We may update them from time to time, and the version in effect at the time of your order is the one that applies.

2) Our Products

We do our best to keep product descriptions, photos, and stock information accurate. However, colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen. While we strive for accuracy, minor differences or occasional errors may occur.

3) Placing an Order

Add items to your cart, review your selections, and confirm your order. Once your payment is accepted, your order is confirmed and you'll receive an email. Please make sure the information you provide is correct—we can't be responsible for issues caused by inaccurate details.

4) Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and include most applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are added at checkout.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely through our bank—we never see or store your credit card details.

If you're ordering from outside the United States, please note that customs duties or local taxes may apply and are your responsibility.

5) Delivery

We ship worldwide, with delivery typically within 20 business days. During busy periods like new launches or holidays, please allow a little extra time.

When your package arrives, please check it carefully. If anything seems damaged or incomplete, note it on the delivery slip and let us know.

We can't deliver to hotels or PO boxes. Once your order is placed, we can't change the shipping address.

6) Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Simply email us at janeyang166@gmail.com to get started.

Returned items must be new, unworn, and in protective packaging. If an item is returned damaged due to poor packaging, we may not be able to issue a refund.

Return shipping:

If the return is due to an issue on our end (quality problem or incorrect item), we'll cover the cost.

Otherwise, return shipping is at your expense. For international returns, any customs fees are also your responsibility.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 15 days. Exchanges aren't available—if you'd like a different item, please place a new order.

7) Warranty

In addition to legal guarantees, we offer a one-year commercial warranty from the date of purchase. This covers normal use—if our team determines an issue is due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the item (or offer a credit note if replacement isn't available).

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from accidents, improper use, or issues caused by third parties or carriers.

 

8) Privacy

9) Intellectual Property

All content on our site—including photos, text, logos, and product designs—is owned by Jane For You and protected by copyright. Please do not reproduce or use any of it without permission.

10) Legal Matters

These terms are governed by Chinese law. If any dispute arises, we hope to resolve it amicably—if needed, it will be handled by the courts of China.
