SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing and Production
Processing and production times are separate from shipping transit times.
Personalized and made-to-order products require additional creation time. Each Memory Locket and Portrait Bracelet is individually prepared and hand-painted after we review and approve the customer’s submitted photograph and all required personalisation details.
Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for production after an acceptable photograph has been approved for use. If another photograph is required, we will contact you, and the production timeline will begin after a suitable replacement has been received and approved.
Production estimates are not guaranteed completion dates. We will contact you if an unexpected delay materially affects your order.
Shipping to the United States
We currently offer complimentary standard shipping to addresses within the United States.
Estimated transit time is generally 7–12 business days after production is complete and the order has been dispatched.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, remote locations, or addresses requiring additional customs review may take longer.
Shipping to Other Countries and Regions
International shipping availability, rates, and estimated transit times are displayed at checkout based on the destination.
Delivery estimates begin after production or order processing is complete. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier and tracking number after your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless the checkout or order confirmation expressly states that duties and taxes have been prepaid, these charges are not included in the product price or complimentary shipping and may be payable by the recipient.
Customs charges are determined by the destination authorities and are outside our direct control.
We are currently reviewing prepaid-duty shipping options for selected destinations. This policy will be updated if duties-paid delivery becomes available.
Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if an address correction is required. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered production or shipment preparation.
Courier deliveries generally require a valid physical street address. Please avoid using a P.O. box unless the available shipping service specifically supports it.
If an order is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping and handling charges may apply before the order can be sent again.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs inspections, carrier disruptions, severe weather, public holidays, remote destinations, or other circumstances outside our control.
We will assist with reasonable carrier inquiries when a shipment is significantly delayed.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the package or product arrives damaged, if the wrong item is delivered, or if tracking indicates an unresolved delivery issue, contact us promptly at JaneForYou168@gmail.com.
For damaged shipments, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photographs of the item, and photographs of the external and internal packaging.This notification period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
Do not discard the packaging until the claim has been reviewed, as the carrier may require it as evidence.
