Send us an email at janeyang166@gmail.com or Live chatting  to let us know you want to return your purchase and give us the reason so that we can improve your experience as much as possible.

We will respond to you as soon as possible by sending you the return address

We make the refund upon receipt of your return. To obtain it, the returned items must be new, unworn, unused or having been the subject of any use whatsoever. Items must be returned in protective packaging. Returned items that are damaged will not be refunded.

NB: as part of a promotional offer, returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Our brand is young, for now we only have the possibility to offer free returns for China only. If you want to return an item it will be at your expense.
