Great news! For customers in selected regions, we offer free shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase needed. So if you're located in one of our free shipping zones, delivery is on us!
Order Processing Time
We know you’re eager to receive your order, and we are too! We need 3-5 business days on average to carefully process, pack and inspect your items before shipping. We’re working as quickly as possible to get your order on its way, and we appreciate your patience — this step ensures your items arrive in perfect condition.
Delivery Time After Shipping
Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, depending on your country or region. A gentle reminder: holidays, extreme weather or other unexpected global delays may slow down delivery, which are out of our control. Rest assured, your package will reach you soon.
Pre-Orders & Backordered Items
If your order includes pre-order or backordered items, we’ll ship all in-stock items right away! The out-of-stock items will be shipped immediately once they’re back in our warehouse, with no extra shipping fees. If you only get part of your order first, don’t worry — the rest will follow shortly.
Track Your Order
We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email (and text, if you provided your phone number) with your unique tracking number and a direct tracking link. You can also check your order status on our Tracking Page.
Please note: Tracking info typically takes 1-3 business days to update on the carrier’s system — this is completely normal.
Shipping Address Reminder
Please double-check your shipping address is correct before placing your order, to avoid delivery mix-ups. We process orders quickly, so there’s only a short window to correct an address after ordering.
